A system for developing long-form visual IP – not a prompt box. It orchestrates language and image-generation models into a harness that holds character, world, and narrative consistent across a whole story, rather than producing one image at a time.
I led the full-stack build and the Japan-side partnerships, working under 場合+う baau.studio.
